What counts

Whatever is left over is listed as unplaced cargo – with the reason that actually matters. “payload limit reached” means weight, not space: restacking will not help, a second cargo space will.
More than length × width.
The planner works with door opening and payload, with allowed tilted and turned positions, stacking bans and the permitted load on top in kilograms. And nothing floats: every box ends up resting on real support, not on air.

The loading plan is numbered step by step, and every step really can be carried out in that order. Groups by destination stay together: whatever comes off first stands at the door.
Your data stays with you.
The calculation happens in your browser. Even scans are read by text recognition right on your machine, with no upload. You save the current state as a JSON file and open it on another computer.
That stays true with a subscription: only the licence key is checked, never your cargo.
How to import PDF packing lists
1. Select your files
Select up to 10 supplier packing lists together. Local OCR starts automatically for scanned pages.
2. Compare with the original
Review each page: package count rather than item quantity, outer package dimensions rather than product dimensions, units and total or per-package weight. Add the supplier for each PDF.
3. Import and plan
Import reviewed items. The planner finds the right containers on its own: first as few as possible, then as little empty space as possible. Or pick the cargo space yourself. Unplaced packages remain visible with a reason.

Do I need an account?
No. Open the planner and get started. Your inputs are saved locally in your browser; use “Save” and “Open” to move them to another computer.
Which packing lists can I use?
Excel, CSV and up to 10 PDFs together, including scans with local German and English OCR. Compare each PDF page with the original and check dimensions, quantities and units before importing. Complex tables may need manual correction.
Is this a final loading instruction?
The planner helps you review placements and unplaced cargo. Check the actual loading path, cargo securing and load-bearing capacity on site. Weight distribution is not an axle-load calculation.
Can I share the result?
Yes. Print the loading plan or create an English packing list with shipment details, package dimensions, weights and volumes. Save either as a PDF from the print dialog.
Do you arrange freight quotes?
In future, you will be able to request a freight quote from a shipping partner after planning, if you choose to. Partner referrals are not available yet. You can already export your packing list as a PDF and share it with your own freight forwarder.
